Refunds / Returns

National Conference / Fund Executive Forum:

Cancellations received in writing up to one month prior to the event will incur a 30% administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received after this date. Registered delegates who are unable to attend are welcome to send a substitute so long as notice is provided in advance.

Only FEAL Members & Sponsors are eligible to attend the Members’ Dinner, the Fund Executive Forum and Forum Dinner. The National Conference is open to all.

FEAL Luncheon Briefings

All cancellations must be advised in writing. Members who are unable to attend the event are encouraged to send a colleague as a replacement, and to advise FEAL of the colleague’s details. Please note any changes in dietary requirements may not be catered for, if insufficient notice has been given.

Individuals who are not members of FEAL can attend luncheon briefings with prior approval and at a cost of $145 (inc GST). Cancellations for non-members must be received five business days prior to the event to receive a refund. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full price.

Delivery Policy

After registering online, you will receive an email confirmation from FEAL containing your transaction details (to the email address(es) provided). We will normally confirm receipt of your attendance within 3-5 minutes following completion of the registration process. If this information does not arrive please contact FEAL.

  • eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by FEAL.
