2024 CSBA Superannuation Experience & Engagement Benchmark program

Registrations are now open for the August wave of the 2024 CSBA Superannuation Experience & Engagement Benchmark program.

The 2024 program includes the addition of new measures that provide a greater depth of insights than ever before into the retirement sentiment among fund members.

The introduction of attitudinal and behavioural questions also provides additional layers of understanding beyond existing demographic analysis, with data reported at an all-member level, providing a more holistic view of member sentiment.
