Performance with a Warm Edge

To attract and retain talent, provide engaging workplaces and ensure safe operations, it’s essential that funds have positive cultures. Recent superannuation reforms and fund consolidation are reinforcing the need for a continuing focus on culture but they are also raising the challenge of how to balance culture with performance.

KPMG has wide experience in this challenge and has included it in its recent insights publication: Financial Services 2030: People and culture - KPMG Australia (home.kpmg)

Paul Pinder

Paul is a Partner leading KPMG’s People & Change team for financial services and joined the firm in early 2020. His client focuses include ESG, leadership effectiveness, organisational culture, sales and service capability and learning and development.

Prior to joining KPMG in early 2020, Paul was a leading member of the team responsible for the Commonwealth Bank’s customer service transformation and, before joining KPMG, Paul spent five years in the UK where he led the team driving the transformation of leadership and culture at RBS/NatWest Group, where his team also won three consecutive Princess Royal Training Awards.
