Psychosocial Risks - identifying, addressing and monitoring to support healthy frontline teams
In a world where member service is at the heart of what we do, it's never been more important to ensure we are equipping our internal teams with the training, tools, and support systems to ensure they are able to do what they do best.
We heard insights from the work that TAL has been doing into identifying, addressing and monitoring psychosocial risks for their claims consultants, and how the learnings and tools, including AI might apply across all customer facing teams.
The keynote was delivered by Chantelle Everett, TAL’s General Manager of Group Claims, followed by a leadership panel and open audience discussion on the implications and opportunities for the superannuation industry.
